Refund & cancellation policy

If you’re a consumer buying one of our services online, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Your 14-day right to cancel

• You can cancel your order within 14 days of purchase for any reason, and receive a full refund, unless we have already started work at your request (see below).
• If we haven’t started work on your order, you’ll receive a full refund.
• If you ask us to start work within the 14-day period and we do, and you then cancel, you may be charged for the reasonable value of the work already completed, with the remainder refunded.
• If your service has been partly delivered when you cancel, we’ll refund the part not yet delivered.

After 14 days

Once the 14-day period has passed and work has started, fees already paid for completed work are generally non-refundable, except where the service was not delivered as described.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Email info@careeredu.co.uk with your order details. We’ll confirm receipt and let you know what, if anything, is refundable based on work completed.

Subscriptions

You can cancel Scholarship Updates or Job Updates anytime by emailing info@careeredu.co.uk. Cancelling stops future monthly payments; your 14-day right to cancel applies to your first payment as described above.

Store and payment providers

Payments are processed by Stripe (and, for store orders, our online store and PayPal). Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
