Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the CareerEdu website and services, provided by Career and Educational Services Limited (“CareerEdu”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales (no. 13378106).

What we provide

CareerEdu provides study, scholarship and career guidance: information, scholarship and job alert subscriptions, a CV builder, and related services as described on this site. We do not offer school or university application services. Our services are guidance to help you prepare — they are not a guarantee of any outcome.

No guarantees

We do not and cannot guarantee admission, a scholarship, or a job. Decisions are made by universities, funders and employers, not by us.

No immigration advice

CareerEdu is not a visa or immigration consultancy. We do not provide immigration advice or visa services. For visa questions, see GOV.UK (opens in a new tab) or an IAA-registered adviser (opens in a new tab).

No job sales

We are not a recruiter or employment agency. We do not sell jobs or place candidates with employers. Job Updates is an information subscription of curated openings; you apply directly with each employer, and it does not guarantee interviews or employment.

Subscriptions

Scholarship Updates and Job Updates cost £14.99 a month each, charged in GBP by card through Stripe, and renew monthly until you cancel. Alerts start within one working day of subscribing. You can cancel anytime by emailing info@careeredu.co.uk; cancellation stops future payments from the next billing date.

Payment

Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions and the strategy session are paid by card through Stripe and charged in GBP; the CV builder is paid inside CareerEdu Co-Pilot; UK ENIC statement support is bought through our online store. Payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal). See our refund policy for cancellations and refunds.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this site and our services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorised access to them.

Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill, but to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for decisions made by third parties (such as universities or funders), or for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
