Admin Officer (Youth Corper Only) – GRA Ikeja Lagos.

Role: Admin Officer (Youth Corper Only)

Location: GRA Ikeja Lagos.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as first point of contact with clients and visitors.
Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable and equipped with all necessary supplies such as pens, visitors form etc.
Accept packages for delivered for staff in the company and send to the appropriate owners.
Monitor, organize and forward necessary emails.
Work with the HR department to make sure that all files and records are well arranged and kept.
Schedule interviews on calendars- and coordinate the interview process by reaching out to candidates.
Attend to visitors and set up refreshments for meetings and training.
Manage the office environment and make sure the surrounding is neat.
Work with the Facility Manager when necessary
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:
Youth Corpers ONLY.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft office Suite
Should be able to book calendars and schedule meetings.
Just finished NYSC camp and looking for a place of service.
Must reside around Ikeja, Maryland, Agege, Ogba, Oshodi or its environs.
