Job Title: Payment Assistant Quality Control Officer

Salary: 70,000

*Reviewing of support agents’ conversations
*Call monitoring and evaluation
*Ensure that Knowledge Gaps/training needs are identified
*Assessing and providing feedback on the quality of corrective action plans
*Implement the use of coaching, training and development to Payment Assistants
*Monitor Agent performance/behavior in the office.

We are looking for trainable candidates with:
*Excellent communication skills
*Keen attention to details
*Great people skills and ability to communicate feedback constructively
*Proficiency in Microsoft suite(Excel,power point etc)
*Skills to deliver training
*Minimum of BSc. Or HND

Experience not required but will be an added advantage
