Clients Relation Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
• Warmly receive guests as they arrive in a polite and hospitable manner and standard.
• Receiving customer calls and attending to enquiries regarding reservations and bookings as necessary
• Resolve and give feedback on customers’ complaint at least within the hour of complaint.
• Ability to manage irate customers by maintaining a level of professionalism while attending to customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries, complaints and try to resolve in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email and social media channels.
• Identify customer needs and help customers resolve issues arising from such needs in a timely manner.
• Monitor customer feedbacks on services and reach out to provide assistance that may arise.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
• Stay updated on the company’s service and trends.
• Minimum of HND / B.Sc in English, Mass communication, Hospitality and Hotel management or related discipline.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience as a Hostess, Receptionist or Front Desk
• Prior- experience working in 5-star hotels, Fine Dining Restaurant will be an added advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good Interpersonal skills.
• Tech savvy
• Ability to work long hour (Night Shifts)
• Customer experience in hospitality will be an advantage.
