Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our growing team in Lagos, Nigeria. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and execution of marketing strategies for our clients. The candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our existing and new clients. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of face-to-face marketing principles and practices, as well as the ability to apply their technical expertise to sell our products and services to projected clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To effectively communicate and provide detailed information about our products and services to our prospective corporate clients.
  • To lead contract negotiation with customers and clients.
  • To address any complaints from either the clients in relation to our products and services.
  • To organise one-to-one meetings with clients to showcase our products and services.
  • Provide detailed analysis of competitors to learn from their relationships and their professional approaches.
  • Provide creative and innovative solutions to problems and challenges.
  • To establish positive connections with potential customers and business relationships within financial services and consulting space.
  • Develop a structure for maintaining client retention process.
  • Researching the business and the wider industry to solidify an in-depth knowledge.
  • Involve in managing contract renewals with either customers or clients.
  • Fostering and cultivating valuable relationships with different stakeholders from target companies.
  • Analysing data to support your sales pitches to customers and clients or to assist your development of strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst or Relationship Manager.
  • Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and client’s relationship building.
  • Strong understanding of face-to-face marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English.

Salary: ₦3,000,000.00 per year
