FACILITY MANAGER

A company in the educational industry is looking to hire an experienced Facility Manager to ensure proper maintenance and management of all the school’s facilities (i.e. building, equipment and machinery).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure the School’s facilities management practices are in line with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.

Oversee the execution of all routine maintenance, renovations and refurbishment and building projects.

Ensure continuous supply of all utility services, in particular, electricity generation and adequate water supply to the School.

Planning for the future by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements.

Manage energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

REQUIREMENT/SKILLS:

First Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience of which at least two (2) must have been at a supervisory capacity.

Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management.

Proven ability to drive project deadlines from planning to closure.

LOCATION: Maba (Mowe), Ogun State.

Salary Range: N200,000 – 250,000
