Archive documentation.
Coordinate documentation.
Schedule the routine cleaning inspections.
Working in recycling.
Create management reports.
Schedule meetings, conferences and function rooms.
Distribute Emails to the right department.
Offer to the organization the perfect solutions to save the organization resources while delivering the perfect products and services.
You could hire employees in the team.
Coordinate with supervisor and manager to establish the operation of the facilities

Requirements
Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position
Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Good analytical/critical thinking
BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field
Atleast 2-3 years of relevant experience as a facility officer
