Job Summary

Front Desk Officer manages our front desk daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately;
notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications
We are looking for a Front Desk Officer who is a computer literate
a modern workspace.
Ultimately, a Front Desk Officer’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk
welcomes guests positively, and ensures synergy in the workspace.

Job Description

  1. Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person, online, or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  2. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  3. Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  4. Handling customer and employee issues.
  5. Maintain workflow by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  6. Keep records that will optimize operations.
  7. Market Product & Services with a goal to generate Sales

Job Requirements

  1. Proven work experience as a Front Desk Officer, Front Office representative, or similar role.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  3. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
  4. Professional attitude and appearance.
  5. Solid written and verbal communication skills.
