Tampere University offers 106 fully funded PhD positions as part of the national doctoral education pilot. These positions are part of collaborative efforts to pilot new practices in doctoral education, aiming to enhance mobility, direction, guidance, and employment opportunities for doctoral graduates. Successful candidates will work on innovative projects across various disciplines, contributing to research, development, and innovation activities. Positions are full-time, fixed-term contracts for three years, starting either on August 1, 2024, or January 1, 2025. Candidates will receive committed supervision, support, and guidance throughout their PhD journey, along with access to research infrastructure and the resources offered by the Doctoral School.
