Operations Lead

Job Duties

1.Internal Operations

● Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations by
coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports, and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news.
● Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
● Administration of company databases and ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
● Organize and supervise other office activities (such as event planning etc.).
● Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons (e.g electricians).
● Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
● Stay up-to-date with all organizational changes and business developments as it affects the business.
● Vendor onboarding and verification

  1. Client relations/support
    ● Onboarding of service providers on the company’s platform and ensuring a smooth transition.
    ● Follow-up on emails with service providers and clients.
    ● Provide client support and handle client communications effectively on the company’s website
    ● Understand client needs/requests and customize existing business programs to meet their needs.
    ● Maintain existing clients and generate new clients to achieve revenue goals.
    ● Address client concerns promptly and professionally. HR Support
    ● Liaise with the Human resource department or company to manage staff and carry out activities such as recruitment, payroll management, and maintaining personnel records. Follow up on emails with clients and service providers
    ● Monitor operations on the web app
    ● Service provider engagement and onboarding
    ● Schedule meetings with service providers, clients,
    business partners, investors, etc.
    ● Maintain office supply inventory and ensure the
    efficiency of same.


B. Sc or Master’s Degree in any field or any other related course
Proven experience operations experience with case studies to show
Familiarity with all business functions including HR, finance, supply chain, and IT
Must be Tech Savvy and possess a wide range of digital skills
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
Good with numbers and financial planning
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and leadership ability
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
