A company into importation of chemicals is looking recruit a competitive and customer-oriented Sales Representative to help build our business activities and increase company sales.
Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers.
Call potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
Answer customers’ questions and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
Develop in-depth knowledge of company products.
Maintain an accurate record of all sales, schedule customer appointments, and customer complaints.
Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
Inform product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
Prepare cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
Analyze competitors’ products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
Prepare and present sales reports to the higher management
Develop effective sales strategies
Meet sales targets to achieve business objectives
Academic qualification of either B.Sc., HND
Degree in marketing, social science or business-related discipline
3-5 years of experience as a sales representative.
Experience in an importation company is an added advantage.
