Job Description

  • Identify potential clients through research and networking, and build a pipeline of leads to follow up on.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their financial needs and presenting loan solutions.
  • Conduct sales calls and meetings with clients to discuss loan options, terms, and conditions.
  • Prepare and present loan proposals to clients, providing accurate information on rates, fees, and repayment options.
  • Follow up with clients throughout the loan process, providing support and answering questions.
  • Collaborate with loan underwriters and credit analysts to assess loan applications and ensure compliance with lending policies and regulations.
  • Track and report on sales and loan activity, including the status of loan applications and approvals.
  • Work with other sales team members to cross-sell loan products and identify opportunities for additional business.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and regulatory changes.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, building trust and confidence with clients and maintaining a positive reputation for the organization.
