Our Client in the Accounting services industry wishes to engage the service of a Social Media Officer (Hybrid)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Setting, planning, and implementing social media and communication campaigns and strategies.
  • Develop engaging content and publish across board.
  • Carrying out necessary research and recommend new features to develop brand awareness and increase sales.
  • Attending to all aspects of social media interactions between customers and the organization, ensuring a positive customer service experience.
  • Building brand awareness and growth by engaging relevant influencers if needed.
  • Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their goals and objectives.
  • Developing and managing communities online by responding to socail media posts and developing discussions.
  • Monitoring SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Monitoring, tracking and reporting feedback and online reviews.
  • Staying up to date with digital technology and social trends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualification and Experience 

  • Background in marketing, english, communication or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 2 years experience proven experience managing social media manager.
  • Great knowledge of online marketing channels. 
  • Experience managing content and video marketing. 
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media best practices.
