Our Client, a Beauty Spa, located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, is looking to hire a Spa Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the spa.

In this position, the ideal candidate will hire and train staff members, delegate tasks to staff, and set schedules. They will also be responsible for the performance of the spa by developing marketing campaigns, whether through advertising campaigns or social media posts.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Spa
  • Create a weekly staff schedule
  • Hire and train employees
  • Oversee marketing and customer relationship management initiatives
  • Fill any non-specialized roles when employees are absent
  • Ensure the organization complies with all employment laws and safety regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Good Social media skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Cosmetology or other spa-related experience is a plus
  • Management experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
