Job Position: Senior Associate, Talent Management

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos (Hybrid)

Job Description

  • Flutterwave is looking for a Senior Associate, in Talent Management. This role will include – but not be limited to-: core focus on talent acquisition and retention in addition to supporting and driving overall talent management initiatives. You will be responsible for driving talent management initiatives across your area of focus (be it engineering, design, business etc.) as Flutterwave continues to grow and scale globally. You will be expected to work closely with the talent management team, and hiring managers to identify and implement ways to recruit, engage and retain the best talent globally.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing to offer negotiation
  2. Utilize a combination of unique sourcing techniques to identify and attract viable talent such as LinkedIn recruiter, Boolean searches, Employee Referrals, Niche Job Boards etc.
  3. Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline
  4. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess cultural fits and provide feedback to the Hiring Team during the offer process
  5. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, both internally and externally, on all things’ recruitment related
  6. Implement and drive talent retention strategies
  7. Leverage data to define success metrics, measure productivity, and inform strategic decision making
  8. Collaborate with our HRBPs, People Operations and Hiring Managers
  9. Prepare weekly recruitment status reports for Head of Talent Management’s review
  10. Act on behalf of; and perform any other duties that may be assigned by management

Job Requirements
Required competency and skillset to be a waver:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
  2. Minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience in a full-cycle recruiting role, preferably in technology and/or financial services
  3. Experience working in a start-up or high growth company is highly valued
  4. Experience with high volume recruitment is key
  5. Proven expertise in fostering strong relationships with business leaders
  6. Efficient multi-tasker and ability to work & deliver under pressure
  7. Excellent client management, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  8. Experience recruiting top talent worldwide for a myriad of roles
