Job Position: Team Leader

Job Location: Mabushi, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  1. We’re on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team whose primary role is to manage the Operations and People in the park.
  2. If you’re passionate, an aspiring manager, and ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role, read on!
  3. As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in executing our change management plan and overseeing the growth efforts of the park.
  4. You’ll work closely with our Park Directors, serving as their eyes and ears on the ground.
  5. Your responsibilities will include managing customer experiences, leading the staff, improving customer satisfaction and sales, contributing to park development, and ensuring the health and safety of our visitors.

  1. Coordinate the team and ensure alignment with the company’s culture, values, vision, and goals.
  2. Maintain a balanced work schedule.
  3. Contribute to the overall growth and development of the park.
  4. Foster a culture of fun, teamwork, and excellence.

Job Requirements

  • 2 years of experience leading a team of up to 15 people.
  • Preferably someone who resides close to Mabushi District to reduce the transportation costs.

Perks & Compensation

  1. Salary range: N150,000 – N180,000 monthly.
  2. Park opening days: Thursday to Sunday
  3. Work-life balance [4-5 days’ work including on weekends, peak periods, and public holidays]
