WSI Axon Sales Executive

Currently, We’re looking for a qualified sales executive to help us grow our brand and sell the products and services that our customers have grown to bank on. The sales executive will possess a strong understanding of the sales process, researching and prospecting, networking and relationship management and most importantly closing deals. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and must have the ability to showcase our service offerings and products in a compelling way. It Is important that the sales executive is professional and charming.

Objectives of this Role
• Create and implement short term and long-term plans through comprehensive data analysis, and tweak sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
• Generate leads and build great relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales projections through successful execution of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
• Represent the company’s products and services, starting with a thorough and complete understanding and following with client research to identify how our solutions meet their needs.

Daily and Monthly Deliverables
• Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, qualify leads, and manage the sales cycle to close the leads.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of our product and services and be able to conduct compelling presentations.
• Prepare accurate, concise, and professional reports, proposals, SLA, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations.
• Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential clients.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure the organization’s quotas and standards are being met, perform market research and regular competitor analysis.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with existing clients to ensure expert service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.

What you need to thrive in this role
• 3 – 5 years’ experience with a digital marketing or cloud-based services industry.
• Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.
• Must have integrity.
• Appreciable communication skills.
• Personable, agile, and outgoing.
• Proven record of accomplishments in B2B digital/cloud-based sales.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, services, and technical challenges.
• Proven success rate at levels above quotas.
