EQUANS are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to be based in Bellshill, ML4 3NJ. We have several part-time opportunities available including:
16 hours 19:00-23:00 Thurs-Sunday

17 hours 09:00-18:00 Saturday & Sunday
20 hours 17:00-22:00 Monday-Sunday
20 hours 16:30-20:30 Monday-Friday
20 hours 17:00-22:00 Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

What will you deliver?

Answer calls for a growing multi contract fast paced Helpdesk
Live Call logging on Internal CAFM system
Assigning and dispatching to various resources via multiple channels
Issue reports to Internal and external clients/Customers using in-house system
Pro-Actively Monitor and Chase work Orders to completion within the required SLA

Who are we looking for?

Previous experience in a Helpdesk or Customer Service/Contact Centre environment
Good Customer Service Skills
Experience in working in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Microsoft packages

This role includes a DS Basic check therefore ability to pass is essential
