We are Looking to Hire a Web developer, Requirments: Designing, building, and optimizing websites and other software applications used by the academy.
Content: Writing, and modifying text/ content for all devices such as PC, Mobile phones and tabs. Debugging websites, and keeping up-to-date with the latest social marketing trends.
Writing code to create web pages and working closely with other team members for content that corresponds with the academy objectives.
Database management: A common database management tool, to create and update databases.
Communication: Ability to communicate with other developers, clients and other stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements. Hence communicate with other team members to share information and collaborate on projects.
Problem-solving: Most possess the ability to identify and solve problems independently and by collaborating. This means the web developer needs to be able to identify the problem, research potential solutions and implement the solution. Explain the solution to someone else if approval is required to implement it.
Security: Must be well-versed in security measures in order to keep data safe from hackers.
Personal Development: Capitalizing on trends by becoming more familiar with the latest technologies and learning how to use them in a practical setting. Also focus on developing their soft skills, such as communication and teamwork, which are essential for performance. Salary : Competitive Onsite Lekki Phase one.
