Responsibilities:
I. Coordinating the Sales and Marketing activities for the Landmark Waterview Apartments (LWA) in line with sales targets
II. Ensuring all LWA marketing collateral such as Website, Sales Office, brochures, pitch documents etc, are completed to an appropriate quality for an international standard premium residential development
III. Providing accurate and timely responses to client enquiries with a view to converting enquires to sales
IV. Communicate with diaspora agents and follow up
V. Promote sales through advertisements, listing services and mixers
VI. Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns
VII. Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact
Requirements
• First degree. Advanced degrees accepted. Marketing or Sales related degree will be an advantage.
• Out of country experience either through education or employment a plus
• Experience in property development or PR related organizations is a requirement.
• Minimum 3 years post-graduation experience in Marketing, Real estate or Hospitality organization would be an advantage.
