Role Description
Respond to emails and phone calls from customers
Schedule meetings and appointments
Book travel and accommodations
Manage a contact list
Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
Conduct online research to find address and contact details for a given list of companies.
Make calls to generate leads from a provided spreadsheet
Make purchases online according to instructions given
Organize client’s calendars and manage client’s email
Provide customer service as first point of contact
Create content to post on the company’s social media channels.
Prepare presentations according to instructions given
Qualifications
HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
2+ years of proven experience as a virtual assistant in a fast-paced corporate setting
Familiarity with the latest workplace technologies, including VoIP, cloud services and desktop sharing
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Great computer skills with working knowledge of spreadsheet and word-processing software programs
Excellent multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Working knowledge of digital marketing is a great advantage
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Must-Haves (Non-negotiables):
HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
2+ years of proven experience as a virtual assistant in fast-paced corporate setting
Proficient in office productivity software suites like Microsoft 365 including Access, Excel and Powerpoint. (Ability to use Excel formulas is a plus)
Proficient in using google workspace and project management software tools such as Asana, ClickUp and Trello
Typing speed of 50 and above wpm
A working PC and a reliable internet connection
