Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive attitude.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized and presentable at all times.
Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services.
Ensure all office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Law or any related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Must be a female graduate residing in Lagos.
