Responsibilities:

  1. Make a good reception for visiting guests, guide, register, guide, timely inform the visiting personnel, to the non-personnel, the door-to-door salesmen leave business CARDS to inform future contact;
  2. Keep the front desk, conference room and reception area tidy, manage the magazine rack, keep the reception office floor, wall, desk and chair clean, clean up the garbage in time, and maintain office flowers and trees;
  3. Managed office supplies, inventory , maintained the warehouse cleanliness, registered office supplies and conference items warehouse into the warehouse, made inventory tables for various materials, counted monthly statistics, and registered books;
  4. Participate in staff activities and services of various conferences;
  5. Registration of office supplies for employees, registration of office supplies for new employees, and office supplies for departing employees;
  6. Other matters assigned by leaders.
     
     
    Qualifications:
     
  7. Excellent outreach and public relations skills, capable of solving emergencies;
  8. Good writing, oral and reading skills in English;
  9. Familiar with OFFICE administration knowledge and working process, skilled in OFFICE and other OFFICE software;
  10. Careful and conscientious work, strong sense of responsibility, integrity, strong written and oral expression;
  11. Strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills, strong team consciousness;
    Good image, good temperament.
  12. Good at speaking Chinese is a plus.
