Job description.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee the sales activities of our company and be responsible for achieving sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales management and the ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Set sales targets and develop sales strategies to achieve them
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Train and coach sales representatives to improve their performance
- Provide feedback to senior management on market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- A minimum National Diploma in business administration, marketing or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
- Proven track record of successful sales management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
