SUMMARY
Cashiers accept bets from customers and pay out winnings. Under direct supervision of the Supervisor, they are expected to create a light-hearted and relaxed atmosphere by getting to know their customers and their interests to encourage them to return.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greeting customers, taking money and accepting bets.
Making payments to those who win.
Overseeing the betting terminals.
Maintaining all funds entrusted to him/her on a shift basis
Responds to guest inquiries while monitoring and applying service recovery within authority levels
End of day reconciliation
Requirements
A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer service and cash handling role. Preferably in a betting or gaming company.
Basic understanding of calculations
