Job Title: HR Business Partner (Nigeria`)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and help drive HR initiatives in the African market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR practices and regulations in the African market and be able to develop and implement HR strategies that effectively support our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders in the African market, providing strategic HR guidance and support
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and support the growth and development of our African workforce.
-Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to attract and retain top talent in the African market.
-Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with local regulations and market standards.
-Partner with the Learning and Development team to develop and implement training and development programs that meet the needs of our African workforce.
-Ensure compliance with local HR regulations and best practices across all African markets.
-Monitor and analyze HR metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on the African market.
-Deep understanding of HR practices and regulations in the African market.
-Experience developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
-Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional African languages is a plus
