Responsibilities :
* Ensure that the diversity ratio benchmark is given prime consideration
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure that HR department tools and policies are well aligned,
* Manage and track Performance Management system.
* Use metrics and analytics to measure analyze and report when necessary
Requirements:
* Bsc./HND in any social sciences or related field with 5-7 years experience in HR.
* Knowledge of HR Analytics is highly essential
* Experience with Business Acumen and HR Business Partnering is desirable.
Salary: N300k Net
