Job Summary:
An automobile electrician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical components and systems in vehicles, including lighting, sound systems, alarm systems, heating and cooling systems, and other electronic devices. The automobile electrician will diagnose electrical and electronic faults in vehicles, ensuring that they are fixed efficiently and to the required safety standards.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Install, maintain and repair electrical systems and components in vehicles
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and electronic faults in vehicles
- Use specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to perform repairs
- Evaluate electrical problems, identify faults and provide recommendations for repairs and replacements
- Replace or repair wiring, fuses, bulbs, switches, and relays as needed
- Test electrical components and systems for proper functioning
- Keep current with technological advancements and innovations in the automotive electrical field
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
3years experience or more.
Must know how to diagnose, read, interpret fault codes and repair.
Job location : Lekki phase 1
Candidate must be living nearby
Salary : 70,000 to 90,000
