Job Title: Site Acquisition Engineer
We are seeking a Site Acquisition Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Site Acquisition Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring suitable sites for the deployment of telecommunications infrastructure. You will work closely with our engineering and construction teams to ensure that sites are acquired within the required timelines and in accordance with local regulations.
Responsibilities:
Identify suitable sites for the deployment of telecommunications infrastructure, including cell towers, rooftop sites, and other structures
Negotiate lease agreements with property owners, including determining rental rates and lease terms
Ensure compliance with local regulations and zoning requirements
Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering and construction, to ensure timely acquisition and deployment of sites
Maintain accurate records of site acquisitions, including lease agreements, permits, and other documentation
Monitor and report on site acquisition progress and escalate any issues as necessary
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in site acquisition for telecommunications infrastructure
Knowledge of local regulations and zoning requirements related to telecommunications infrastructure
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Experience working with engineering and construction teams
