Job Summary

Acquisition of B2B partners to complement the segment/sub-segment propositions and drive
revenue through discounted offers and services. Manage tracking, retention, and service delivery of B2B partners

Job Description/Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities
● Liaise with segment and sub-segment managers to Identify and acquire relevant B2B partners
● Market to highlight recommendations for new partnership opportunities
● Liaise with other business directorates to identify strategic discount offerings from
existing customers
● Analyze current trends within the Banking industry and prepare competitor analysis to identify opportunities

Requirements
● Acceptable knowledge of the business
Environment/Industry Analysis
● Relationship and sales management
● Good understanding of the B2B/partnerships
● Service terms/contract
Skills/Competencies
● Excellent contract negotiation skills
● Strong organizational & coordinating skills with a proven track record of working
under pressure with tight deadlines.

● Strong Communication (oral& written)
● Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
