Job Title: HEAD OF MARKETING
Salary Range: 50-53 million gross/annum ( also open to negotiation)
Role Summary: This role is a level between Senior Manager & Director role. The candidate should be someone who has previously handled a senior manager role and is almost ready to take up a Director position.
A minimum of 15 years is required and should have relevant and strong hands-on experience in the FMCG sector. Most preferred the food industry.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth for the company
- interpret business strategy and determine innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation. Solutions must be relevant within the Nigeria Market.
- lead diverse projects and multiple work streams and be familiar with the issues driving innovation, innovation tools, and techniques.
- Set out clear market and brand KPIs for each innovation, and concept in partnership with consumer insights.
- Plan and administer the Nigeria foods budget, control the A&M W/NW ratios and effectiveness and efficiency scorecard, and proposes actions to the Senior Marketing Manager
Qualifications and Requirements
- Marketing/ Business Tertiary qualification (degree) as minimum
- Previous FMCG marketing experience (10 years minimum within marketing management)
- Proven track record of successfully managing brand engagement programs & achieving sustainable in-market results and long-term brand equity growth.
- Strong fictional marketing experience with a track record of delivering successful integrated marketing communication programs and delivering AOPs that deliver brand growth.
- Strong prior experience in any of the Nigeria Foods categories
- Excellent collaboration & influencing skills in order to navigate a cross-functional, cross-geographical matrix to champion Nigeria’s foods Agenda in WECA.
