Job Title: HR Lead

A Lagos based tech company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Lead to develop and implement human resources strategies that align with their company’s objectives. The HR Lead will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees to keep them motivated.
Responsibilities:
▪Develop, monitor, and implement HR strategies, tactics, procedures, and initiatives in line with the overall business strategy.
▪Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, complaints, grievances, and other staff issues.
▪Oversee and manage a constructive and timely performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
▪Oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes, performance, personal hygiene, talent management, productivity, recognition, training and development.
▪Oversee all on boarding process.
▪Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with the company policy. Identify recruitment and staffing needs; develop and execute best practices for selection, hiring, and talent management.
▪Plan, direct, develop and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff.
▪Ensure compliance and implementation of the company’s mission, vison, procedures and policies.
▪Manage employee payroll and database.
Requirements & Qualification:
▪Degree in Human resources or related field
▪1-3 years of HR experience
▪Excellent interpersonal skills
