Job Title: Product Manager

Summary:
The Product Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of product strategies for our Fintech/SaaS products. This includes working with cross-functional teams to gather customer requirements, design new features, and launch products. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated and experienced product manager with a strong understanding of the Fintech/SaaS industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute product strategies for our Fintech/SaaS products
Work with cross-functional teams to gather customer requirements, design new features, and launch products
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape
Analyze data to identify opportunities for product improvement
Communicate product vision to stakeholders and drive alignment
Manage product roadmap and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Conduct market research. Monitor and analyze market trends.
Analyze the competitive landscape and understand competitors’ products and services.
Develop and implement a detailed Product Strategy leveraging trend reports, industry content, market statistics, sales data, user stories, etc.
Collaborate effectively with the Development (Engineering), Product Marketing and Sales teams.
Identify, present and drive the implementation of innovative product solutions.
Develop a complete product requirements document and as well templates for reference, drive alignment with development team and other internal stakeholders.
Manage the product development process as well as all stakeholders to drive efficient product launch and operation.
Coordinate product releases with marketing, sales, and development teams.
Monitor and analyze product performance to identify improvement areas
Manage the Product Backlog.
Provide product training and technical expertise to customers and nonproduct team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree/HND in computer science, business, or a related field
2-3yrs relevant experience in product management
Experience in the Fintech/SaaS industry is a plus
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated Project Management experience (i.e. in addition to Product Management) and familiarity with Project Management tools such as Jira and MS Project.
Demonstrated proficiency with market research.
Effective presentation skills.
Ability to produce impactful MS PowerPoint slides and clearly communicate its message.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Benefits:
