We are hiring a full-time Real Estate Recruiter to find agents with potential for our team. Key responsibilities are that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team. Responsibilities

Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Completing paperwork for new hires.
Source candidates using external job boards, marketing techniques, and referrals to build a pipeline of qualified candidates to include attending 3+ pre-licensing classes per quarter to recruit soon-to-be agents and coordinating with the marketing team to plan career events that nurture seasoned candidates
Manage the hiring process, set up 2-3 interviews per week, and make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture.
Nurture recruits via phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of active communication.
Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality and the ability to pull their information throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain a hire rate of 70% or more after the first 90-days of employment and accelerate the hire rate to 85% in subsequent months.

Age: 25-27 years

Remuneration: 80k – 100k

Proximity to Lekki is an advantage.

Qualifications:

2-3 years in a real estate industry

The ideal candidate must be extremely comfortable with meeting new people and speaking to mid-to-large-sized groups.

2+ years of experience with recruiting in real estate, individual agent/broker sales, or inside sales.

Must be self-motivated, organized, able to prioritize tasks, and manage time wisely to meet metrics.

A University degree/HND/OND
