We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resource Manager for a multinational FMCG company. This role is responsible for leading human resource initiatives including employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, culture change, staffing, talent development, performance management, compensation, policy compliance, employee relations, and communications.
Requirements
· Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
· Proven work experience as HR manager or other HR executive with not less than 10 years’ experience.
