A reputable real estate company seeks to hire a Relationship Manager.
The candidate must possess experience in sales of premium residential real estate.
The candidate must be resourceful with experiences in other real estate entities within our market segment e.g. Grenadines, Deluxe Residences etc.
The individual must be a highly presentable and sociable personality. Possibly an extrovert with carriage and persona that would be a mover in markets.
The main function of the candidate would be to source for customers on continuous basis and manage relationships to spin out referral business.
Possibly based on the Island, which is closer to the office.
The candidate must be well equipped with premium contacts and confident to convert qualified prospects to customers.
Candidate would preferably be female as experience has shown they are more stable on sales desk. Good male candidate would be a good option.
Level of maturity must be high and highly poised.
Pay is based on basic pay and commission.
Level is Assistant Manager and role is Sales Manager
Remuneration includes base pay and commission. Other benefits apply.
