Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring client computers systems, resolving computer common issues;
- Maintain IT devices, such as whiteboard, CCTV, door access control, attendance machine, and support meetings;
- Assist in operating and maintaining local leased lines, LAN.
Knowledge & Skill Requirement
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an IT technical support engineer;
- Experience in LAN, WLAN and WAN, good understanding and experience in networking routing protocols, have strong problem-solving skills;
- Desktop service experience is preferred;
- Must be a good team player, willing to think and improve yourself.
