Job title: Product Engineer A

Summary: Scope of work covers BSC/RNC/NodeB/eNodeB/gNodeB/UME/Netmax/NDS/VMAX maintenance and integration, including reliability, scalability and manageability.

Responsibilities:

1. Device installation Guide and implementation solution export.
2. Integration implementation with different teams and vendors.
3. Timely Faults management includes setting up monitoring, systematic troubleshooting, coordination with different teams and vendors to resolve faults, and preparation of faults/alarm reports.
4. Monthly Exiting NEs(BSC,RNC,Netmax,VMAX,NDS,UME…) Inspection and preparation of Inspection report(monthly report)
5. Output of hardware and software expansion solutions for Exciting Nodes (BSC, RNC, Netmax, VMAX, NDS, UME…) and complete the implementation.
6. Team and customer relations management

Knowledge & Skill Requirement

1. Understanding of computer architecture, computer networks, software and scripting, cloud and virtualization, databases, storage, operating systems Unix and Windows.
2. Depth knowledge of 3GPP architecture for 2G/3G/4G/5G including logical interfaces, protocols, call flows for both voice and data.
3. Depth knowledge of Linux server command, and server architecture.
4. Depth knowledge of Cisco, Huawei, ZTE…Switch configuration and maintenance.
5. Hands-on experience on Huawei/ZTE/Ericsson GGSN/SGW/PGW/MME/PCRF.
6. Experience with Cisco/F5/Huawei/Juniper/Fortigate/ZTE/Extreme routers, switches and firewalls.
7. Experience with datacenter application deployments including scaling, load balancing caching.
8. Experience with ZTE UME, NDS, Netmax, VMAX, Controller, and BTS.
9. Language: English – Expert Level, Chinese –– Basic Level.
