JOB DESCRIPTION: Medical Representative
ROLES:
Job roles include but are not limited to:
Visits to healthcare professionals (such as doctors, and estheticians) to educate, evaluate needs and promote products via presentations.
Visits to pharmacists and pharmacies to educate, evaluate needs and promote products via presentations.
Presentation and sales of products to clients and potential clients.
Training of sales and beauty representatives at pharmacies and beauty outlets.
Training of beauty and skincare influencers.
Development of strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector.
Organization of events for healthcare professionals and influencers
Maintenance of client records.
Prepare monthly reports.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
A degree in a science or biological science course (Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, etc).
Knowledge of and about skincare, including products and ingredients, is necessary.
Professional qualification in marketing will be an added advantage.
Mobility is mandatory.

Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
Highly motivated and target driven.
Self-confident.
Good team player.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
WORK SCHEDULE
You’ll be expected to work within the hours of 9:00 am – 5:00 pm from Monday-Friday.
You’ll be required to carry out 2 hospital and 5 pharmacy visits in a day.
SALARY
The monthly salary for this role is 200,000.
There will be an additional 50,000 for logistics and telephone allowance.
