Role: Commercial Officer

Job Brief:
An Electrical and mechanical maintenance company requires a smart and analytical commercial officer to join their team and provide business strategic support in the organization.
Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
- Estimating cost and controlling cost for large construction projects
- Business proposal and contract bid management
- Client relationship management
- Invoicing and handling PO administration
- Preparing reports on cost analysis and post project budget audit.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Quantity surveying or related discipline
-At least 2 years of working experience as a quantity surveyor in construction industry
-Strong project management skills
- Strong Analytical and reporting skills
-Strong knowledge of building, electrical and mechanical maintenance. - Strong Mathematical knowledge
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
-Ability to work in a team environment.
