What you will be doing…
i. Develop terms and conditions of contracts with suppliers and monitor performance to ensure adherence.
ii. Ensure compliance by monitoring Cyberspace internal procurement systems & processes.
iii. Maintain regular interactions with key internal/external stakeholders (e.g. Cyberspace staff, vendors, partners, etc.) in ensuring holistic partnership and customer satisfaction.
iv. Collaborate with key internal & external stakeholders to ensure the clarity of product specifications and timely delivery of supplies.
v. Ensure effective filing of all procurement documents (i.e. purchase requisitions, purchase orders, approval memos, reports, bids and price lists) for easy identification and retrieval.
vi. Continuously research procurement industry and trends with a view to informing Cyberspace internal product pricing, Procurement standards, regulations and identifying potential business opportunities.
vii. The post holder maybe required to take on other responsibilities in line with business demands.
