Position: Human Resources Specialist

Location: Côte d’Ivoire

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labour laws and best practices.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Administer employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.
Oversee the compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Stay up-to-date with local labour regulations and ensure compliance in all HR activities.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in Human Resources roles, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and HR policies.
Solid understanding of local labour laws and regulations in Côte d’Ivoire.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
Fluency in both French and English languages is mandatory
