JOB VACANCY: CONSTRUCTION SITE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos/ Asokoro, Abuja.
A Real Estate construction company is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Executive to join her team.
As the construction Operations Executive, you will oversee all construction projects. * You will be responsible for managing the teams and ensuring that everything is done accurately and meets compliance.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating updates, ensuring transparent and accurate information flow, generating reports, ensuring adherence to building safety protocols, codes and practices.
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential building hazards.
- Analyzing blueprint to ensure that construction projects meets design, safety, and budget specifications.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Specifies the deliverables expected from projects and its completion date. Follows up to ensure the schedule is followed and quality standard is maintained.
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering,, or related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years proven work experience is required.
- Sound knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- The ability to interpret blueprints.
Outstanding leadership skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
