Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end experiential marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and allocate resources accordingly.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including creative, production, logistics, and technical teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement necessary changes to achieve project goals.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct post-project evaluations, capturing lessons learned and implementing improvements for future projects.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a project manager, specifically in the field of experiential marketing but not limited to.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of experiential marketing concepts, trends, and best practices.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, team members, and vendors.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
