Job Type: Full-time.
- Accurate and timely preparation of invoices in accordance with the relevant contract conditions
- Control and manage petty cash ensuring timely disbursement and that there is supporting documents for all transaction.
- Managing operations budget and ensuring that all spend are within the budget.
- Assist in preparing the company’s yearly budget.
- Follow up on purchase and payment requisitions, ensure accurate recording, reconciliation and filing of all financial transactions to ensure compliance with procedures and policies.
- Record financial data and prepare reports.
- Vendor Management
- Prepare purchase order, in order to verify accuracy and specifications.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Requirements
- 2 – 3 years experience
- BSc. Finance, Accounting
- ATS
