Job Location: Lagos Island
HRLeverage Africa is a workforce management company and our client, a real estate and construction company, who is bridging the housing gap in Nigeria by providing affordable housing without compromising quality, is currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive.
Job Duties
*Work with the team lead to develop marketing strategies for the company in line with company objectives
*Onboard new clients and agents both locally and globally
*Carry out sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.
*Manage relationship with existing clients and agents both locally and globally
*Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends
*Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining target market, competitors’ share, strengths and weaknesses.
Job Requirements
*Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role with proven record of excellent performance
*Banking or Real Estate experience is an added advantage
*Business Development and Marketing skills required
*Good Presentation Skills and Executive presence Required
*Excellent use of Microsoft office Suite and Analytics
SALARY: #200,000
