Bowman Ingredients became part of Solina in 2020, a global presence in the food ingredients and solutions sector. Our recently opened UK headquarters in Biggleswade Bedfordshire, houses state of the art research and development kitchens, sensory lab and pilot plant.
Working within the Bowman Ingredients Operations department duties will include developing an effective team which operates to specified procedures and standards. You are expected to ensure the safe use and operation of all facilities and equipment by your staff and continually analyse and improve working methods by way of regular auditing and re-training.
