One of the UK’s leading Ophthalmic private hospitals is currently looking to recruit a qualified Theatre Practitioner to join their exciting team where you will focus on providing the highest quality of patient care undertaking preoperative assessments, diagnostics testing and theatre scrub work.
Details of this Ophthalmic Scrub Practitioner position and what the hospital is offering:
Permanent, full-time contract to work 37.5 hours per week
You will be required to cover variable days and weekends to meet the business needs

33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays with the option to buy/sell

Performance reviews with training and development plans
As Theatre Practitioner you will supervise, support, and develop junior members of the team. You will shape patient experiences that are always clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate.

HCPC/NMC Registered with at least 2 years post qualification
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and work well in a team
Able to demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development
Be flexible to participate in on call/stand by shifts
