Job Responsibilities

Budget Development & Preparation: Lead the budgeting process by collaborating with various departments to gather budget inputs, consolidate financial data, and develop accurate and comprehensive budgets aligned with organizational goals.
Budget Monitoring and Control: Track and monitor budget performance against actual results, analyze variances, and provide regular reports to management and stakeholders. Implement effective control measures to ensure adherence to the budget.
Forecasting and Planning: Develop financial forecasts and projections based on historical data, market trends, and business insights. Assist in long-term financial planning and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Business Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and operational data to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Reporting and Presentation: Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate performance insights, trends, and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting plus ACA. A Master’s Degree in Accounting or MBA is also desirable.
Proven experience in Management accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and business performance management roles.
Strong financial acumen and understanding of budgeting principles and processes.
Proficiency in financial analysis techniques, financial modelling, and forecasting.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
